This honestly has to be the transformation comparison photo I’ve been most excited about. I don’t even feel like the same person. 138 pounds to 116 pounds in 5 months.

Tell me all your secrets. You’re so amazing!

No secrets, promise. :) Just dedicating five days a week to the gym, lifting weights, drinking a ton of water, and fueling your body properly! And most importantly, having a healthy mindset about it.
